Congratulations to the winner of our drawing for 2 hours of handyman service, Bill & Barbara R., they were surprised and excited when we gave them the news.

Our annual Chevy Chase “Dump, Donate & Shred” event was our best ever!  The weather was perfect, the dumpster was well used, donations were at an all time high and the shredder truck, our latest addition, was a huge hit!

Celebrating Independence Day in Chevy Chase

We have ordered hundreds of flags to help celebrate and honor the 4th of July in our community and will be distributing them next week!  If you would like to have a flag placed on your front lawn, please email back, we’d be happy to do it!

It was a pleasure being able to connect and re-connect with so many of our neighbors and friends in Chevy Chase. This year in addition to our Dumpster Days, we have hosted a renovation seminar – updates and upgrades most desirable and profitable and an investment seminar on multifamily properties – let you tenants pay your mortgage.  The response has been amazing and we will continue to host these events throughout the year.
