Which one do you like? Rollingwood neighborhood will be voting! Learn where these signs will be used and where you can expect to see them in the Rollingwood Chevy Chase community.

These will be signs similar to ones found in other communities in our Chevy Chase MD area, so take some time to pick which one you desire to see represent Rollingwood Chevy Chase to the World!   • To enhance the sophisticated look of our Rollingwood neighborhood area
  • Identify Rollingwood with a quick glance to people outside of our community
  • To strengthen the community sense of place, home, pride and friendship for our residents
  • To encourage visitors to respect traffic laws 
  • To enhance our already beautiful landscaping and neighborhood established feel

Rollingwood Chevy Chase Sign Designs

Rollingwood Chevy Chase homes are nestled in a naturally breathtaking established neighborhood that was originally established in 1933.  The three sign choices offered for your vote include “The Leaf” which closely resembles the symbol used by the community for the past 10 years,  “The Tree” which conveys Rollingwood’s well established and rich natural history, and “The Three-Point Leaf” which again closely resembles the symbol currently in use, but with a modern twist to represent ivy and poplar tress that are common in the neighborhood.

Rollingwood Community Happenings

At the Rollingwood Citizens Association Meeting Fritz Hirst, President,  discussed community happenings at the French International School as well as the new sign designs that are up for vote.

Once the new design is chosen, the community then will be asked which of the entrance signs designs are desired to be the ‘face’ of Rollingwood Community to all.
