10th Annual Chevy Chase Dump and Donate Day

Chevy Chase, it’s time to take out the trash! The 10th Annual Chevy Chase “Dump & Donate Day” starts June 16 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sponsored by The Estridge Group, your neighborhood real estate experts, Dump and Donate Day will take place at the French International School parking lot on 3200 Woodbine Street, on the corner of Beach and Woodbine.

What Can I Bring To Dump and Donate?

Anything! Just no paint cans (unless they’re completely dry), tires, appliances or food items. In years past, we’ve had a 40 cubic foot dumpster, so there will be plenty of room for your dumping needs.

Is There A Way to Recycle My Unwanted Things?

You don’t have to feel guilty about getting rid of something that’s not broken. The Central Union Mission will also have a collection set up for charitable donations. They’ll be issuing receipts for accepted items.

What Else Will Be At Dump and Donate Day?

We will have a shredding truck available for you to get rid of any kinds of sensitive or legal paperwork. It was a big hit last year and we hope it will be again for this year as well.

What If It’s Raining?

No matter. We’ll still be ready for business, rain or shine.

Where Can I Find Out More Information?

If you’d like more details you can call 301.657.9700 or email us at Melinda@EstridgeGroup.com.

We’ve had great success with earlier Chevy Chase Dumpster Day events. This year, like last year, we will have another drawing for handyman services. We will also have coffee and bagels, so be sure to bring your friends and neighbors with you!

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday!
