Adams Morgan is most well known for being the seat of the Latino immigrant community and a popular nightlife venue. However, if you comb this NW DC neighborhood’s streets, you will find there are nice pockets of green space where summer flowers are plentiful. Perhaps, that is why Rusty, the Red Panda, found it a nice place to explore after his escape from the National Zoo earlier this week!
