2: 2600 Rock Creek Drive NW

There are 20,096 square feet of living space spread out on two floors. Built in 2001, this home sits on .77 acres. There are nine bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, a four-car garage, and a traditional wood burning fireplace. It sold for an incredible $12.585 million in 2017.

3: 2850 Woodland Drive NW

Located on just over an acre of land, this seven-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom home sold for $10.750 million. Built in 1927 in the beaux-arts style of architecture, it is made of sturdy limestone with marble terraces and twelve-foot cathedral ceilings.
