The Montgomery County Planning Department has issued its recommendations for the Chevy Chase Lake sector plan. You can watch their narrated slide show on the Montgomery County Planning Department’s website.

Limiting the mixed commercial/residental use to 250,000 square feet and increasing desnity to about 850,000 additional square feet when the Purple Line is under construction are two of the recommendations. A public meeting  at the Chevy Chase Village Hall is scheduled for Saturday, 06/18 at 10 AM.
