Some buyers may be dreaming of finding a small starter home in Chevy Chase this spring. There are smaller homes on the market, but while the house pictured above is perhaps the smallest house in Chevy Chase, it’s not a practical choice. It’s a child’s playhouse on a large, corner lot on East Newlands Street.
