Fort Marcy Park in McLean, Va, is a great place to take a dip or a hike. This park was once a fort during the Civil War. It was home to the famous duel between Henry Clay and John Randolph in 1826. In recent years, it is best known for where White House Counsel, Vince Foster was found following an apparent suicide in 1993.
