Exorcist Steps

Two people stare down the very steep, stone steps on the Georgetown University Campus in DC, made famous by the 1973 Horror film, the Exorcist. In fact, the steps were the setting for the film’s climax, when character, Father Karras made his sacrificial plunge down the steps. The film was actually inspired by a novel written by a Georgetown University student, Peter Blatty.
