Mad Fox Brewing Company, in Falls Church, will hold a behind the scenes brewery tour at 12, 2 and 4 pm on Saturday September 7th. In addition, to making award winning beer, this brewpub makes a wide variety of dishes from artisan pizzas to burgers and salads, all in a scratch kitchen. This means that entrees are made from fresh, local and sustainable ingredients.
