The National Theatre, which neighbors the White House, opened it’s doors nearly 200 years ago. It has hosted Inaugural Balls, Presidential Command Performances, the first presentation of the Helen Hayes Award and musicals. Starting on November 5th, it will run the new musical “If/Then” starring Idina Menzel.
